Working principle | Process diagram of air elevator | Principle of air elevator: High pressure air is filled into the air elevator through the central inflation tube. The density of the slurry in the slurry tube decreases after entering the air, and a pressure difference is generated between the slurry in the tube and the slurry in the tank. Under the action of pressure, the slurry in the tank is lifted to a high place by the air elevator. In general, in mineral processing and cyanide production, there is a surplus of air source, and air lift is used to transport the slurry, which can reduce production power consumption. In addition, the wear parts of the air lift are fewer, making it easier to process.
